rg - i'm two miles out of long bay and ALWAYS HAVE NO WATER . . . pipe dry!!! . . . we collect rainwater and have it trucked in . . . so, that guest house must have some system like that, cause all the regular folks (locals) will tell you the truth - NO WATER . . . a lot of ppl in that area have cement holiding tanks in the ground for the collection of rainwater . . .
