Well I have no hot water, but I have water, so I am blessed, and content. TV came on today too. And yesterday Bobo came over and showed me how to cook a Jamaican meal, and introduced me to some of my neighbors that he knows afterwards. I can use the sea access at Birchunville to get down their ladder to swim, which is cool. Logan, Sadie's son, said it was cool. I have only been in the water three times in the past week, once at Xtabi, once at Sunset on the Cliffs, and once at Birchunville, the rest of the time have either been busy getting settled in, or unwinding. Went to Sav and got the electric turned on the other day and went via route taxi and back with Stephanie who is the owner of Hilltop's daughter, who helped me with that and setting up the cable and even the grocery shopping in Sav, which was fun and quite the experience.
I haven't been taking a lot of pictures, but have been taking some, and there will be some coming soon, promise! I have also been recognized a few times already from my posts here, and thinking of starting an actual blog or something..and am writing ...pure garbage, but writing pages a day. :)
oh and I'm Amy Pike on facebook, message me and we can exchange numbers, there are some of you here in Jamaica I am just dying to meet! :D
